Fans all say the same thing as Tyson Fury goes ‘quiet’ after Anthony Joshua beats Jermaine Franklin and calls him out
BOXING fans were left baffled by Tyson Fury’s silence after Anthony Joshua’s win over Jermaine Franklin.
AJ laboured to a bloody points victory over the American at The O2 last Saturday to stop his rot and pick up his first win in nearly three years.

Fight fans around the world expected Fury to immediately take to social media to lambast Joshua for his less-than-impressive victory – especially when his fellow Brit called him out.
But The Gypsy King has yet to speak out on the former unified heavyweight champion’s display, much to the surprise of many.
One boxing fan tweeted: “Tyson Fury why are you so quiet this morning after #JoshuaFranklin and AJ calling you out?
“Hope everything is ok.”
Another fight fan tweeted”: “Tyson Fury is a bit quiet isn’t he?!”
And another said: “@Tyson_Fury been REAL quiet.”
One remarked: “I wonder why has @Tyson_Furybeen so quiet this morning.”
Joshua, 33, plans to return to the ring in the summer and is open to his second bout of the year being a Battle of Britain with Fury.

“The ball is in his court, I will 100 per cent be honoured to compete for the WBC heavyweight championship of the world.
“I stand here and say that proudly, it would be an honour, so wherever you are if you’re listening.
“You know my management, you know my promoter.
“We’ve had dialect before, so let’s continue this and hopefully we can get this on sooner rather than later.

“We ain’t getting any younger.”
AJ, however, doesn’t want negotiations to play out on social media, saying: “Save all that s**t. If we’ll f***ing fight, let’s go.
“Shut the f*** up and that’s just how I feel because I got to save my energy for the fight.
“I’ll be real, I’ll be real. I respect the man. He’s achieved a lot.
“I just feel I don’t need to trash talk, verbally trash talk someone to make myself feel better.”
