GABRIEL JESUS has told his Arsenal team-mates exactly what they need to do in order to clinch the title.

The Gunners moved eight points clear of Manchester City, who have a game in hand, as they romped to a 4-1 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday.

The Brazilian forward, 25, moved to Arsenal in a £45m deal from the Cityzens last summer after five trophy-laden years at the Etihad.

Jesus lifted the Premier League title in four of those campaigns in the North West and is now closing in on his first at the Emirates.

But instead of nerves creeping in ahead of their final ten matches, the experienced Samba star has instead insisted that this is the most fun part of the whole season.

And he has offered some valuable advice to his young team-mates ahead of the title run-in as they aim to become champions for the first time in 19 years.

Jesus told the Standard: “Now is, I think in my opinion, the best part of the season.

“When you have deciding games, big games as well, away and at home.

“Now is the time we have to play the same, don’t change, be together and then we will see.”

Jesus, who has just returned from a four-month injury lay-off, added: “The team are doing so good. I think no one here is the main man. Everyone is together.

“When I got injured, we were sure Eddie [Nketiah] could go there and help us – and he did it.

“[Leandro] Trossard came in and did it as well.

“So everyone is together. To be champions of this big, big competition we need not only 11 players.”

Arsenal will resume their title charge when they face Leeds at the Emirates on April 1.

Manchester City will also be in home action that day as they welcome Liverpool to the Etihad.
