A FORMER WWE superstar who played a hog farmer and was even kidnapped by The Undertaker has cooked up an impressive new career for himself.

Dennis Knight, now 54, was first introduced to the WWE Universe as Phineas as he teamed with his on-screen cousin Henry as The Godwinns.

He then transformed into a darker character called Mideon

That was after stints working for rival promotion WCW as Tex Slazenger.

However, years later he was renamed Mideon after being kidnapped by The Undertaker where he was tortured and then “sacrificed” by the Deadman.

That led to him joining the fearsome Ministry of Darkness faction led by the Phenom – but that would not last long.

Following the break up of the group, the two-time WWE tag-team champion embarked on a number of bizarre storylines – but perhaps the strangest was the “Naked Mideon” angle which regularly led to him streaking in front of a stunned crowd.

After a very brief stint in TNA, Knight, who has an eyeball tattooed on the back of his head and a tattoo of Doc Holliday on his left arm, retired from wrestling in 2006.

But that allowed the Florida native to embark on another dream – becoming a chef.

WWE initially caught up with him for a website piece in 2013 where his new venture was first revealed.

He was working as a chef in his home town of Clearwater at Cafe Ponte and then started his own catering company, Dennis Knight Catering.

Knight now takes bookings for private parties with his business and even entered a Favourite Chef contest at favchef.com in 2021.

Wrestling fans did get to see him return to the ring along with his old Godwinn tag partner in November 2020.

The pair, who were both members of the Bone Street Krew, a close-knit backstage group of wrestlers, took part in The Undertaker’s retirement ceremony as Survivor Series.
