EMMA RADUCANU is looking to kick-start her tennis career – thanks to a pep talk from England captain Harry Kane.

Now some people might it funny that a Tottenham striker is advising someone how to win silverware given the club’s long run without major trophies.

But SunSport understands Kane and Spurs fan Raducanu – the 2021 US Open champion – have exchanged messages and had the odd chat about their sporting lives.

It is believed the 19-year-old – whose New York defence ended in the first round – shared ideas with Kane, 29, and discussed how to cope with the trappings of fame.

But sports fans wasted no time in pointing out that the Spurs striker may not be the best person to go to for title-winning tips.

One confused reader pointed out: “Emma Raducanu has more trophies than Harry Kane.”

Raducanu, who wore a Spurs shirt during the Stuttgart Open in April, has struggled this year with form and fitness, falling to 76th in the world rankings.bet
