‘How do you even explain this’: Darts star with ‘spine made of elastic’ leaves fans baffled with crazy technique
DARTS star Richie Burnett went viral with a stunning throw that left fans in awe.
Burnett, 57, took on Paul Dulson on Thursday in a crunch clash at the Super Series where the former won 4-2.
And The Prince of Wales did it in style by showcasing some magnificent agility.
Burnett was tied 2-2 with Dulson and went on to pick up the lead with a smashing throw that saw him almost bending his back in half.
The Welshman showed some amazing flexibility as he did it on one leg.
Darts fans were left gobsmacked and stormed social media to praise the veteran.
One fan tweeted: “Must have a spine made of elastic! If I tried that I’d be walking like hawking for months on end!”
Another commented: “Quality darts.”
A third wrote: “Genuinely how do you even explain this?”
This fan said: “Hitting a 180 whilst nearly pulling a hammy. Only Richie Burnett.”
And that one stated: “Legend.”
Burnett had an impressive outing at the Super Series as he also beat David Davies and Johann Brouwer.
But the Brit’s unorthodox technique couldn’t help him against Adrian Gray and Adam Mould, both of whom emerged victorious against him.
