EAGLE-EYED snooker fans vowed to “turn off” the telly after spotting what happens to the golden ball in Saudi Arabia.

Traditionalists have been left fuming at the tweaked format.

Once a player is no longer able to get a 147, the ball is taken off the table.

But what viewers weren’t aware of is that it is then placed on top of a CUSHION.
