Man Utd legend Wayne Rooney, 38, lands new job as TNT Sports pundit… and he could be in line for Match of the Day gig
WAYNE ROONEY has landed himself a job working on TNT Sports as he continues his dive into punditry.
Rooney appeared on BBC’s coverage of Manchester United’s FA Cup victory over Nottingham Forest last week.

Now the 38-year-old is now set to be sat on football fans TV screens again this weekend for Man Utd’s clash against Everton.
The Red Devils host the Toffees and Old Trafford in Saturday’s early kick-off.
And broadcaster TNT have now recruited Rooney for their coverage of the game, according to the Mirror.
Rooney starred for both Man Utd and Everton throughout his Premier League career.
He initially shot to fame by belting in a goal against Arsenal when coming off the bench for Everton as a 16-year-old.
A Man Utd transfer in 2004 beckoned, with Rooney then developing into one of the best attackers in world football.
Having completed a full house of trophies including five league titles and the Champions League while winning the Player of the Year award twice, Rooney then returned to Everton in 2017.
