Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade 2024 LIVE: One dead and at least 15 injured after shots fired near Union Station
THE victory parade for the Kansas City Chiefs’ second straight Super Bowl championship has ended in calamity.
As the parade came to a close, police reported that shots had been fired near Union Station and asked fans to leave.
One person has died and between 10 to 15 are injured following the tragic attack, Kansas City Police Department confirmed on Wednesday.
It comes after Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and the rest of the Chiefs addressed the crowd in downtown Kansas City following the two-mile parade.
